We are a Safe Quality Food (SQF) accredited meat processor.

Our facility processes in excess of 600,000 Australian grown lambs per year, employing a workforce of more than 180 people and supporting an estimated 180 additional jobs through our supply chain network.  Around 97% of these lambs are sourced from NSW, with the vast majority sourced from the South West Slopes and Riverina regions of NSW.

GMP operates a fee-for-service model – we do not compete with our clients for livestock supply, nor do we compete with our clients in the meat wholesale / retail space.

Our purpose is to provide transparent meat processing services delivered with complete integrity.

Our modern facility, which has been progressively upgraded over time, holds the following accreditations / licences:

  • Coles Food Manufacturing Supplier Requirements (CFMSR).
  • Livestock Welfare Certified System.
